Paul noted it in his day, the creation is sighing and it is in travail.
“For we know that until now the whole creation in all its parts sighs and is in travail.” (Romans 8:22)
Just as the natural man must come to rebirth, must be born of the Spirit, so also the whole creation will come to rebirth.
The natural creation, which is in darkness because of the fall into consciousness, is beginning to reach the end of its rope. Creation is sighing. The rich of the earth, who know very well what time it is on the world clock, are trying to take responsibility. The plans of the UN Agenda 2030 do not lie. We must change course drastically if we are to save humanity from an unprecedented catastrophe. We will and must move toward a New World Order (NWO). Although the intentions behind the plans are not wrong, in implementing them human norms and values will have to be trampled upon. One is convinced of having to choose between two evils. Man’s consciousness has become so obscured that he no longer has any notion of a spiritual world, let alone of a Creator who has all things in His hand. So man intervenes from human (carnal) motives and with human (carnal) thinking and acting.
“But the spiritual does not come first, but the natural, and then the spiritual.” (1 Corinthians 15:46).
From a human perspective it may seem that creation is about to come to its end, from God’s perspective we are closer than ever to the rebirth of the cosmos. The moment when everything and everyone (the entire cosmos!) will be reconciled to God is getting closer and closer. After all, everything is of God, by God and to God (Romans 11:36). We live in the time of awareness that God is all and in all (1 Corinthians 15:28).
“God is in Christ reconciling (unfinished present tense) the cosmos to Himself, by not imputing to it the fall into consciousness and putting the Word of reconciliation in us.” (2 Corinthians 5:19)
In order to initiate this rebirth of cosmic proportions, birth contractions – just like a natural birth – are needed (Romans 8:22). The developments mentioned above will provide these contractions. The corona epidemic could easily have been the first global contraction. After it moves away, it will be followed by a contraction that will be more intense. Just until the rebirth of the cosmos will take place.
As a result of this global woe, individual people will first begin to come to (true) rebirth. They will be revealed as Sons of God (m/f). Paul describes this in Romans 8 as follows:
“For with eager longing the creation waits for the revealing of the sons of God. For the creation is subject to fruitlessness, not of its own free will, but at the will of him who subjected it; in hope, however, because the creation itself will also be freed from servitude to transitoriness to the freedom of the glory of the children of God.” (Romans 8:19-21)
Paul was under the impression that the rebirth of all creation was already imminent in his day. Although a relatively small group of people, including Paul himself, did come to glorification in 70AD, the whole of creation at that time had not yet been freed from servitude to impermanence. However, the order Paul describes in the New Testament is still current. First people will begin to be revealed as Sons of God, come to regeneration. The Light of Christ that will begin to shine as a result will begin to illuminate the darkened consciousness of all mankind, culminating in a cosmic rebirth.
The Word of reconciliation
God has chosen human beings as the crown of creation in order that the Word of reconciliation may be first brought to resurrection (rebirth) in them.
“By putting the Word of reconciliation in us.” (2 Corinthians 5:19b)
The Word of reconciliation involves Christ, the first-born of all creation, the only-born of the Father, who by her Light enlightens all men.
“In the Word was life, and the life was the Light of men; … The true Light, which enlightens every man, was coming into the world.” (John 1:5,9)
Paul speaks in this context of the mystery that has been hidden from all ages and all generations, and that mystery is Christ in us, the hope of glory (Colossians 1:26,27). Christ in us applies to all people of all ages, including the Gentiles, Paul writes. The Word of reconciliation (Christ in us) has become flesh. The incarnation of Christ concerns all mankind. Humanity therefore constitutes the Body of Christ. And this mystery has been revealed to us through Jesus of Nazareth. However, as long as people are not yet born again, their eye (consciousness) is still darkened, making the whole Body dark (Matthew 6:23). The Lamp is still under the bushel, so the Light of Christ cannot shine in this world, with the result that darkness can still surround the earth (Matthew 5:15).
The Word of God is the seed of rebirth and that is Christ, the Light of the world. The seed must first be sown in the natural field of our physical body to “die” there (so-called “spiritual death”). Our hearts will have to be turned over (renewal of thought; mind-shift) if the seed is to get into the right soil. The soil of our hearts is determined by how we think about ourselves and how we see ourselves. As long as we see ourselves as a sinner by nature, the seed will not be able to bear fruit. Young wine will then be poured into old sacks. The sacks will eventually tear, causing the young wine to run off. Once we begin to see ourselves as a (naturally!) new creation, which is only possible by crucifying the flesh, then the seed will come into good soil; then the young wine will be poured into new sacks. Along this path Christ will begin to come to resurrection in us. The personal rebirth is then a fact, through which we will be revealed just like Jesus as the Son of God (m/f). With this, the Light of Christ will once again be placed on the lampstand and we will truly be the Light of the world, covering the whole earth.
Although the Lamp (Christ in us) is still under the bushel with the vast majority of people, darkness will not be able to take hold of the Light (John 1:5). We are living in a time, when people will start coming back to (true) rebirth. This will coincide with the woe preceding the cosmic rebirth, in which Christ will rise through all creation. After all, Christ is everything and in all (Colossians 3:11). The carnal weeds of man will grow up along with the wheat until the day of the great harvest. The contractions caused by the weeds are necessary to initiate the cosmic rebirth, the reconciliation of the cosmos with God. Truly all things will cooperate for the better!
The weeds and chaff represent man’s carnal thinking and actions as a result of darkened consciousness. The wheat is the Light of Christ that is in every human being. As long as the wheat covers the Light, we walk according to the flesh and bring forth no fruit. Eventually, in everyone, the final judgment (read: separation) will definitively separate the wheat from the chaff. Everything and everyone will be all right! The only question is what you and I want to build toward the cosmic rebirth on the foundation Christ in us that has been laid in each person?
“Is there anyone who builds on this foundation with gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, or straw, everyone’s work will come to light. For the day will make it evident, because it appears with fire; and what manner of work every man’s work is, the fire will determine. If the work which he has built upon it endures, he will receive wages; but if anyone’s work burns, he will suffer loss, but he himself will be saved, but as through fire.” (1 Corinthians 3:12-15)
